Light brick-red with tawny edges.

This has a beaut nose with nice fresh spirit and red fruit flavours. And there’s some plum pudding spiciness too.

This is deliciously spirity at the front with dusty spicy fruit but there’s mid-palate fruit sweetness and then a lovely blast of tannin and spirit to give it a drying finish. 

Drink with blue cheese and muscatels.
