BLEND:  Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

The colour is deep black-scarlet.

The bouquet is rich and complex, with stewed plums and showing some excellent bottle age characters. Lots of class at this price.

This wine shows enormous complexity on the palate with real fruit intensity not seen at this price point. The value key is seen in its balance and the clear signs of bottle development. All the work has been done for the drinker and it’s ready to go in optimum condition. There’s lots of deep plum and cherry flavours and some nice spicy hints as well, with layers of toasty wood in the background.
