The Sparkling Shiraz is part of our second label, made for everyday drinking.   This wine doesn’t have the complexity of our Baroque – but its not meant to.  It's a bit of bubbly fun that everyone can enjoy.

 

Non-vintage

Very good scarlet colour and lively mousse.

The plum pudding nose shows bottle fermentation characters and some nice fragrance from the ripe fruit.

Beaut bright fruit flavours, very fresh and great for casual drinking.  The attraction is the spicy and intense fruit.

There’s a lively acidity which makes this wine great as an accompaniment for a hearty Italian lunch. Great value for the quality of the fruit and the winemaking expertise.
