NV Sparkling Chenin on Arrival

Bottle fermented for 5 years, toasty, matured, honey suckle characters make this a sparkling white unlike any you have tried before.

2024 Chenin Blanc

Fruity, easy drinking with fresh fruit characters and nice acid finish.

Matched with Exmouth prawn, dessert lime, elastic beetroot, Thai basil (DF, GF)

 2023 Chardonnay

Aged in French oak barrels, medium bodied with stone fruit characters and good acid balance.

Matched with Smoked corn-fed chicken, apple, kewpie, skin crisp (DF, GF)

 2022 Shiraz Cabernet

Blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, 12 months oak aging, vibrant red fruit characters.

Matched with Italian sausage & roasted mushroom risotto (GF)

 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon

Full bodied red with herbal and bold ripe fruit characters and fine tannins.

Matched with Large herb & parmesan crumbed lamb cutlet, tomato chutney (GFO)

 2018 Old Vine Shiraz

Extended oak aging gives this wine a huge palette with intense plum characters but soften tannins due to aging.

Matched with 12 hr slow cooked beef cheek, chimichurri, parsnip & potato mash (GF)

2023 Zinfandel

Slightly sweet due to being left on the vine longer to allow the fruit flavour to balance out the higher acid level of the grape variety. Sultana and sweet fruit matched with a balanced tannin and acid structure makes it the best friend to a cheese board.

Individual Cheese Plate - 2 gourmet cheeses, Quince paste, Roasted nuts & Crackers (GF)

 NV Sparkling Zinfandel to finish

Sweet fruit from prolonged vine ripening that is served chilled with a slight bubble, just a fun, youthful wine made to make any occasion more enjoyable, enjoy!
