Peel Estate Wines is the perfect location for an outdoor function. Our beautiful grounds and vineyard backdrop offer endless opportunities for the perfect setting for your day.

Peel Estate offers a unique alternative to the standard function locations. Situated in the country surrounds of Karnup, the grounds are a blank canvas to host the perfect outdoor function and the photographic opportunities are countless.

We let you bring in your own caterers, food trucks, hire companies and decorators to make the day individually yours. Enjoy your day under the shade of the beautiful Tuart trees with a few of our wine barrels as drink tables or bring in a marquee for something more formal.

Minimum wine purchase to be made for your booking equaling

$10 per adult & $5 per child

(ie. 20 Adults and 10 children = $250 wine purchased for your booking)

Plus ground hire charge listed below

1-20 people - No ground hire charge

21-40 people - $50 ground hire charge per booking

41-60 people - $100 ground hire charge per booking

61-80 people - $125 ground hire charge per booking

81-99 people - $150 ground hire charge per booking

100+ people - $200 ground hire charge per booking

• Use of our picnic grounds overlooking Peel Estate’s picturesque vineyard for your function – between the hours of 10am and 5pm any day of the week (closed Christmas Day and Good Friday).
• An allocated dollar amount of Peel Estate wines for use on the day or to be taken away to be used as you choose. We invite you to enjoy a tasting at the cellar door prior to your function date to taste and select your wines which will include up to a 10% discount on your wine choices. Wine selection and payment to be finalised no later than 7 days prior to your booked date.
• Creative license to setup and style your day! The decorators, caterers and other suppliers are entirely your decision, and we are open to your imaginative ideas (within reason)!  
• Access to the Peel Estate Wines Function Coordinator to help with any queries and planning. 
• Use of power (standard GPO) in the BBQ area if required.
• Use of wine barrels for drinks tables and decorations.
• Ample free on-site parking, disabled parking and ground access for you and your guests.
• Access to on-site amenities, including disabled and ambulatory toilets and baby change facilities. 
• Provision for rubbish disposal and removal.

Please note: your booking does NOT include marquees, chairs, tables, sound systems, decorations, catering, serving staff, kitchen facilities, glasses, crockery, cutlery, linen etc. Please make other arrangements for these items or bring them with you.
