2. Legal Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase wine from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to purchase and receive alcohol in your jurisdiction. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
3. Product Availability & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice. Prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order occurs once payment has been processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location. Delivery must be accepted by a person aged 18 years or older. If no one of legal age is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a card for redelivery or collection.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund in the following circumstances:
- The product is faulty, corked, or otherwise deemed unsatisfactory
- The incorrect product was supplied
- The product was damaged during transit
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and details of the issue (including photos where applicable).
7. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your wine arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as possible. We may request evidence (such as photos) to assess the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to5–10 business daysfor the transaction to appear, depending on your financial institution.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under theAustralian Consumer Law.
